Our Seconds

While Aramondo Davison serves as the Faith Fund visionary, Nathan Young champions the Second seat. Our investment thesis is built on matchmaking healthy HUMAN relationships between a 1iC (1st-in-Command) and 2iC (2nd-in-Command) within a company.

Nathan Young, author of How To Be Second is a vocal leader and student of the unique identity and qualifications required to be Second. He has spent the last 20 years as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and/or General Manager across numerous organizations.

Historically, startups have been Nathan’s niche sandbox of discovery, helping small companies grow from zero to $2M in revenue (5) times. However, after moving to Minnesota in 2021, Nathan enhanced his knowledge as the General Manager of a $12M ARR private equity portfolio company; informing critical lessons found in his book.
